It’s humanity’s greatest mystery. What’s it like in the afterlife? Ironically, you’ve been there before. You know the answer to this question… but you just can’t remember. Why is this?
We come into each new lifetime with a bit of amnesia. It’s a cruel truth, but it’s also necessary. If you could recall how glorious and magnificent Heaven is, you might find Earth a little underwhelming. It would be like visiting Disney World and then being sent to live in a third-world country. Or getting to see color television and then only having access to black-and-white movies.
I’ve stood on Heaven’s doorstep and lived to tell about it. In 2007, I survived a near-death experience that would profoundly alter my life’s direction. I’ve described that experience at length in a couple of my books. It was the most euphoric and positively wonderful sensation I’ve ever felt. Being in close proximity to the Other Side filled my body, mind, and spirit with love and peace that cannot be translated into words.
In the weeks after this event, I found myself slipping into a slight depression because everything on Earth paled in comparison to the joy I had previously felt. Months later, the lull ran its course, and my outlook on life was suddenly different. I was hopelessly curious about spiritual topics and felt my intuition noticeably increasing. Within a year, I began delivering psychic readings. A year after that, it became my full-time job, and I never looked back.
After nearly fifteen years of communicating with deceased loved ones, I’ve learned a few things about the afterlife. While I no longer offer mediumship sessions, I’m still in contact with spirit guides daily while conducting Soul Discovery sessions and past life psychic readings. So… what is Heaven truly like?
For starters, there is no pain, anxiety, fear, sadness, violence, or pollution of any kind. Physics works a bit differently, allowing us to perform the unthinkable. We can fly. We can walk up walls. We can breathe underwater. Simply put, if you can think it, you can do it. The only limit is your own imagination.
There are no lines at the airport and no need to buy a train ticket. For that matter, transportation itself is completely different. While you can ride on a plane or train if you desire, it’s just as easy to “think” yourself to a new location in the blink of an eye. That means you can instantly transport yourself to the top of Mount Everest (and you won’t even need to bring your coat or climbing gear.)
Yes, the Other Side has real terrain. Like Earth, there are mountains, rivers, oceans, and forests. In some respects, it mirrors our Earthly landscape. But the environment is as unlimited as our own imaginations. This means you could conjure up an entire whimsical, magical, and never-ending world. It would appear before you like a painting that’s suddenly become real… and you could live in this world until you grew bored of it.
At such time, you might venture off to partake in any number of activities. In Heaven, you can swim, hike, dance, meditate, or read a book. You can throw a Frisbee with an old friend or reconnect with family members you’ve lost along the way (from this lifetime and past lifetimes.) That’s a lot of people! Everywhere you go, you’ll see friendly and familiar faces.
I suppose I’m getting ahead of myself by mentioning all these activities. The first thing that occurs upon entering Heaven is a reunion. And what an epic reunion it is! If you think gender reveal parties and wedding receptions are a big deal, I wish you could see what’s in store for you after you leave your body. Talk about rolling out the red carpet! You will be greeted by a mob of individuals who love you unconditionally. Again, this will include people you’ve lost from this current life as well as hundreds of other lifetimes (which you’re now able to remember because your past life amnesia has now worn off.)
You’ll laugh. You’ll cry. You’ll get hugged by thousands upon thousands of people. Of course, they’ll have to patiently wait until you’ve been licked, slobbered on, and cuddled by all of your dearly departed pets who were patiently awaiting your arrival. It’s an overwhelming experience… in the best possible way.
These reunions can last for days or even weeks. Of course, I’m using those terms loosely because time is nonexistent in the Spirit World. Rest assured, you won’t get tired or run out of steam. Fatigue does not exist over there.
After you’ve eventually had your fill, you’ll then sit down with your spirit guides to assess your recent lifetime. Did you enjoy yourself? What was most difficult? What did you learn, and how did you grow as a person? Mind you, there is no judgment during this process. In a space of unconditional love, there is no room for criticism or belittling a person for mistakes. This “life review” phase continues on and off indefinitely during moments of reflection and soul searching. You’ll likely spend several decades in Heaven before returning to Earth for your next lifetime (IF you choose to come back at all.) During these years, you’ll stay busy with fun activities. Despite the wonderful distractions and socializing, you’ll have plenty of time to reflect on this journey you’re currently living.
In the afterlife, you can play the role of spirit guide for another soul who is here on Earth. It’s a job you’ll take seriously, but ultimately, it’s a part-time gig, so you’ll have plenty of time for rest and relaxation.
Old enemies become fast friends in the afterlife. They are granted a newfound perspective, which helps them understand all the hardships they experienced together on Earth.
In terms of age, there’s a level playing field in Heaven. Everyone is a happy, healthy, youthful, polished-up version of themselves. When I see spirits, they typically appear between twenty and forty years old - the perfect blend of experience and youth.
One of the most mind-blowing aspects of Heaven is the technology. It borders on magic and grants us the ability to step back in time. Here’s how it works…
