Tricks, Treats, and Haunted Villages

Is it too early? I’ve been asking myself this question a lot recently. When is the appropriate time for a homeowner to decorate for the fall season? (It was right around back-to-school time for my daughter and me.) But what about decorating for Halloween? Admittedly, jack-o-lanterns and mummies look out of place in late August, but… is it finally time?
